Licence
Apps are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's EULA differ, Apple's EULA prevails for App Store distribution.
Purchases
Any in-app purchase or subscription is sold by Apple through the App Store. Prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Apple's terms and managed in your Apple ID settings.
Content and identifications
Our apps give best-effort results (for example, a suggested bird species). They are not a substitute for expert judgement and must not be relied on for safety, legal or scientific decisions. Species photos, sounds and maps in region packs come from openly licensed sources and remain the property of their respective authors; attribution is shown inside the app.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the apps or their content packs, or use them in a way that breaks the law or harms wildlife (for example, playing bird calls to lure protected species where that is prohibited).
No warranty
Apps are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence.
Changes and termination
We may update an app or these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using an app at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
